Proposal Submission Process & Deadlines

In 2025, ASTE migrated to using a third-party submission portal called Oxford Abstracts. The Oxford Abstracts portal serves as the primary dashboard for everything from submission to review to notification of final decisions and developing the conference program. To submit your proposal, please click on the button below and you'll be directed to our ASTE proposal submission form in Oxford Abstracts. |
To receive full consideration, proposals must have been submitted and any edits must be completed by midnight, Pacific Daylight Time, the night of July 10, 2025. Any proposal submitted after that date will only be considered if space and time permit.
To give some flexibility to anyone who had technical difficulties submitting their proposal, the DEADLINE has been EXTENDED TO JULY 15, 2025 midnight, Pacific Daylight Time.
Please Note: The person submitting the proposal/the user logged in when the proposal is submitted will have the ability to edit the proposal prior to the start of reviews and will be the one who can see acceptance/rejection information. The first author will only have these capabilities if they are also the one who submitted the proposal.
